From 12 August 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 requires every seller shipping packaged goods into an EU country to register for packaging Extended Producer Responsibility separately in each member state, and to appoint an authorised representative in each one. There is no exemption for small businesses.
We're a small family workshop. Meeting those requirements across every EU country would cost far more than the orders we receive from them. Rather than raise prices for everyone, we've paused EU deliveries while we look for a workable path.
