We understand that your rosary is a precious and meaningful item, and we’re here to help you keep it in excellent condition. Whether your rosary has been damaged, needs a deep cleaning, or you would like to add a special medallion, our team is ready to assist you.
Before You Send Your Rosary: Please contact us first before shipping your rosary for repair. This allows us to coordinate the repair process, provide you with instructions, and address any customs or tracking requirements, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
How It Works:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via email or phone with details about your rosary and the repair needed.

Prepare Your Rosary for Shipping: Once we confirm, you can send your rosary to the address below, including:
- Your name and email address
- Your current shipping address
- A note explaining the repairs you would like, such as restringing, cleaning, or adding a medallion
- Repair Fee: We will email you a link to pay the repair/restring fee of €15. If your rosary was purchased from us within the past 365 days, this fee will be waived.

Our Process: Upon receiving your rosary, our skilled craftsmen will prioritize your repair, with a turnaround time of 1-3 days (excluding weekends).
- We use Advanced Microbraid Cord Technology for restringing.
- New parts can be added as requested, ensuring the rosary remains beautiful and long-lasting.
- Return Shipping: Once the work is complete, we’ll carefully package and send your rosary back to you.
Additional Policies: If your rosary was purchased from us within the past 90 days, you may also be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please let us know in your note if you’d like to discuss this option.
